This must have been unproductive week for South Africa. Most companies opted to give their staff a day off for them to watch the funeral of the father of the nation, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela. The poem “Man in the Arena” has been true to who Nelson Mandela is and was.

My reflection is how we build great leaders of Nelson Mandela stature. How many of us truely mean what we say. While listening to our current President. I wonder how much is true to himself. I wonder how much of this is his own reflection. Is he the “Man in the Arena”.

I aspire to be “The man in Arena”.
